100 % NATURAL~Kuih Bangkit

CHAPTER 2:

Now, I'm going to show you guys how we do Kuih Bangkit for this time...............

As what i mention before, 100% NATURAL INGREDIENTS

because we didn't add on
preservative and artificial coloring

Let us take a look for

Chapter 2: KUIH BANGKIT (番婆饼)

First of all, before we make Kuih Bangkit,we need to fry the tapioca flour with pandan leaves over low flame until fragrant and light.
                                                        tapioca flour + pandan leaves


We need to prepare:

600g Tabiaco flour
3 or 4 pandan leaves
3 eggs yolk
150 ml coconut milk
400g sugar


                                                                                                      dough

       How we prepare dough?
       1. Sift tapioca flour and combine with sifted sugar.

       2. Beat egg yolk.

       3. Add the mixyure into the flour.

       4. Knead until dough is pliable. If you find dough too dry and crumbly,add more coconut milk.                                              

                                    Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/2 cm thick.







                                                                     ready for bake~~~



Ready for sell and eat!!!
