100% NATURAL~PINEAPPLE STUFFING

CHAPTER 1:


Hey,guy!! After this Christmas celebration, we are going to celebrate our Chinese New Year 2013 (The Year Of Snake) on 10 February 2013,Sunday.

I think mostly all family will busy making & baking biscuits or cookies preparing for this festival.

I'm trying to do some business for this coming festival with my SHIFU!!

As what i mention before, 100 % NATURAL INGREDIENTS 
because we didn't add on

 preservative and artificial coloring


Let us take a look for

Chapter 1  :PINEAPPLE STUFFING  (黄梨馅)

I will show you the way how we made the pineapple stuffing......

After remove the peel!!

 ( Wao....a big pot of Pineapple Stuffing!! ) 
Put the Pineapple Stuffing in a big pot with crystal candy and put it on the stove.Cook for 5 hours.


After 5 hours, a big pot of Pineapple Stuffing but in the end only left...


 I'm going to post how we make PINEAPPLE TART on CHAPTER 3....
