When you guys go Melaka on weekend for a relaxing time and wish to eat something different. I think you can try out this....SIBARAKU JAPANESE RESTAURANT....It serves various Taiwanese and Japanese cuisines.( first floor of Melaka Parade )

Another famous cafe in Singapore but i haven't seen in Malaysia yet. (available in Taiwan, Singapore and China only). I went to their Bishan branch with my friend.

My favourite: 50% sweet with less ice.(You can choose your own sweet and ice level)

100%NATURAL~ PEANUT BISCUITS


Chapter 4:

In this Chapter 4, i'm going to show you the way how me make peanut biscuits,we seldom make this biscuits but exemption for this year. Peanut biscuits is the TOP SELLER among the biscuits.So you guys don't miss the chance to try and buy this biscuit.....

As what i mention before 100% Natural Ingredients
because we didn't add on

preservative and coloring

Chapter 4:Peanuts biscuits (FAH SANG PENG)

Quality is more important than Quantity 
To ensure all the peanuts are quality we need to choose the good and quality peanuts with skin.(inside got a lot rotten peanuts)

After that,we put the peanuts without any oil into a wok and fry over with low fire until they brown.


Now, we need to remove the skin......
A lot of works need to do in order to remove the peanuts skin. Haiz......
Finally,peanuts without skin.....
After remove the skin~


We need to cut some peanuts into a small slide as an ornament.
After that, we will blended the peanuts until creamy......
We need to prepare:
 Creamy Peanuts (600g)
 knife oil (250ml)
 flour (600g)
salt  (1tsp)
sugar (300g)

1.Mix the ingredients like sugar,salt and creamy peanuts in a big mixing bowl with finger tips until they are well-mixed and crumbly. 
2.After that we add on flour.
2.Add oil bit by bit and knead the mixture.
3.Make sure you can roll up the mixture into a small ball then you don't need any odd any oil.

After we add the flour.
The dough is ready.....

100% NATURAL~ PINEAPPLE TARTS

Chapter 3:

Today, i'm going to post how we make Pineapple Tart. If you follow my previous blog,Chapter 1 then you will know how we make our Pineapple Stuffing !!!

As what i mention before 100% NATURAL INGREDIENTS
because we didn't add on 

preservative and artificial coloring

Let us take a look for

Chapter 3: Pineapple Tarfs  (黄梨酥)


Pineapple Stuffing (If you want to know how we make it then refer  Chapter 1)


yellow colour ~
We need to prepare:
Pineapple Stuffing
600g plain flour
500g butter
5 egg yolks
400g sugar
1 tsp fine salt

How we prepare dough??
1. Sieve the flour, salt and sugar into a mixing bowl.
2. Cut a small pieces of butter and add to the bowl.
3. Gently rub-in the butter into the flour using using fingertips until  mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
4.Add the egg yolks and continue to mix with hands.

We use the tart mold to make the tart shell.
First round: Bake the tart shell for 10 mins in a pre-heated oven or until nice golden brown.
After that add on the Pineapple Stuffing onto the center of each tart shell.
We add on a small dot for each Pineapple Tart .

                       
Second round:The Pineapple tarts are  inside the oven (Buffalo) again.
